Birds on Telephone Wires – Earrings, Pendant or Set

Transparent enamel over photo etched image of birds on telephone wires. The image was originally a photograph. Once etched, it is painted with underglaze before the enamel is applied, for both pendant and earrings. Finished in Elan Gray enamel, the result is a bronzey transparent color. Made in California.

The pendant measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/16", and is offered with an 18" necklace. The necklace can be ordered longer, if desired. Contact AH Crafts for more details. The dark chain on the Birds on Telephone Wires necklace (as well as any dark ear wires) is also sterling silver. The artist is oxidizing them to match the enamel work, essentially advancing the tarnishing process so no polishing will be necessary.  This chain is great because you can hook it at any length.  It also has an oxidized lobster clasp.

The earrings measure 1" x 7/8".
